  • Keep you abreast of market activity and report all new activity to you. More real market knowledge about your property.
  • Arrange an OPEN, with your permission, and other marketing. Aggressive marketing that is designed to expose your property to the most buyers.

  • Review the proposed Settlement Statement with you prior to closing. If there are errors, we will insist they are corrected prior to closing.
